Colouring

The hand craft of colouring printed illustrations has almost died out. While some consider this a hand craft, we view it as an art. We have a group of finely trained artists who are trained in historical colouring techniques. These artists are able to reproduce the ancient styles and techniques of hand colouring.

For colouring, the artists use traditional pigment recipes based on minerals and other natural materials. We only replace the toxic elements of the original recipes with synthetic alternatives in order to protect the health of our clients and workers.
